Leah & Eric | The City Club | Birmingham, Alabama
Leah and Eric had a downtown Birmingham wedding at The City Club Birmingham on August 25, 2018. It was absolutely a day to remember filled with Roof Top First Looks and a Horse and Carriage exit.
We started the day taking photos and video on the roof top of the Regions Harbert Plaza with a view of the entire city. This view makes an appearance heavily in the video as you witness one of my favorite moments of their day. I can’t wait for you to see how much Eric loves his Bride when he gets SO REAL about his love for Leah.
Later, we walked around Downtown Birmingham which was crawling with Sidewalk Film Festival go-ers. Let’s just say, the city was hopping which is a little uncharacteristic for that part of Birmingham on a Saturday. We got to do some really cool dance scenes – or, as they’d call it – practicing for the real deal at the reception later that night) at the Linn Park Fountain as a concert was setting up.
The ceremony was in doors at the City Club with a reception that followed in the Vulcan room.
During the reception, Leah’s dad gave an incredible toast to the Bride and Groom. This toast was from the heart and so funny and heavily narrates part of the final Highlight Film. Here’s a shot of Eric and Leah and they watch on during the speech.
After the reception, Eric and Leah left in a horse and carriage down 5th Avenue N. This was definitely something you don’t see every day and such a fun way to celebrate their wedding as they leave for their honeymoon! I’m so thankful I got to tell their Love Story from their wedding day.
So without further adieu, here’s the real deal. You make the memories, we make them last forever…
